FAQ

THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • What materials do you work with?
We only work with gold and silver. We do not work with any other materials.
  • How much does a custom-made piece of jewellery cost?
Each product is unique and the cost varies depending on the materials and type of stones used as well as the level of difficulty of the design. The production time will depend on the intricacy and complexity of the design.
  • How long does it take to produce a custom-made piece of jewellery?
The timeframe for finishing and shipping varies depending on the model. However, as per our company policy, we aim to complete and deliver within 2 to 4 weeks. If there are any unforeseen delays, we will inform our customers in advance.
  • Would it be worthwhile to have a bespoke piece of jewellery made?
We find inspiration in the Byzantine and Ottoman history and the exquisite jewellery crafted during those eras. Each of these pieces was meticulously created with great effort and sacrifice for significant individuals. Today, with the factory system, countless people wear jewellery which is entirely distinct from one another. We firmly believe that jewellery should encompass a narrative and spirit. Propelled by this ethos, the answer to your query is affirmative, for it is undoubtedly worthwhile. You merit an extraordinary, exclusive piece of jewellery that is entirely individual to you.
  • Thus, what is entailed in a bespoke jewellery selection?
Initially, we enquire about your concept, which can be communicated through an accompanying image. In the initial stage, we provide you with a quotation after carefully considering all the relevant factors based on the model of your choice. In the second stage, we present our agreement proposition regarding the payment method for the quoted price. To summarise, our payment policy is as follows: 1) For orders below £500, the full payment will be made upfront. 2) For orders ranging from £500-£1000, we offer the option of paying in two instalments, if the customer prefers. 3) For orders totalling £1000 or more, we require a down payment of £1000, with the remainder payable upon completion. Payments can be made through Etsy for your peace of mind. After we agree on the price, we move on to the third step, which involves creating a bespoke advertisement for you and requesting payment. Once payment is received, we begin the modelling process. At the end of each modelling stage, we send you sample photos and present them for your approval. After we receive your approval, we proceed to the production phase, during which we share photos with you at each step you require. Once the product is finished, we will seek your approval. If you have chosen to pay in installments, we will ship it express after the final payment is made. Lastly, you will receive the product and can provide us with your feedback. We would like to emphasise the importance and value of your comments. Let's talk about an important point; we will never reproduce and photograph your product, We ask you for 1 photo to be published on our website and we do not publish it anywhere without your permission.
